Hello, I have a little big problem with my new PC gamepad. I've never had one before so the reason for my problem might be a stupid one but as I said I am new to this. The problem is that my RS is not working properly. Rather not working at all. By which I mean that when I turn it around it simply actions the X, Y, A, B buttons (as the buttons are commonly known for the XBOX controllers). So for example when I turn it left it activates the X button, turning it to the right activates the B button and so on.
I just bought it so if this is a factory related problem I would like to know so I can take it back. I have tried using it in multiple games (FIFA 13, PES 13, Counter-Strike: Global Operations, Assassin's Creed 2 etc.) and got the same results. Tested it in 'Devices and Printers' software and it really does show that when I use the RS it actually activates those buttons. Also calibrating had no effect.
